1. Organiser The organiser of this competition is Brüssel Steel GmbH, Heinz-Fröling-Straße 7, 51429 Bergisch Gladbach.

2. Eligibility All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany and the EU are eligible to participate. Employees of Brüssel Steel GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Participation takes place by following the steps described in the competition post on Instagram. Each person may only participate once. 

4. Prize The prize will be specified in the competition post. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

5. Determination of the winner The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced via direct message on Instagram.

6. Data protection The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively to organise the competition and then deleted. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

7 Liability The organiser is not liable for technical faults that may lead to the unavailability of the offer and accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed entries.

8. Changes to the conditions of participation The organiser reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to terminate the competition without giving reasons.

9. Legal recourse Legal recourse is excluded.

10 Applicable law The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
